Welcome to Suite28 Studio, a family-owned, woman-led photo and event space in Folsom, California — where memories are created, moments are cherished, and every smile truly matters.
Our ready-to-go, styled concept venue is designed for stress-free celebrations with elegant décor, ambient lighting, and a warm, modern atmosphere. The 1,400 sq. ft. studio hosts up to 50 guests and is perfect for birthdays, baby showers, portraits, and special gatherings.
We’re available seven days a week, offering ample parking and full handicap accessibility, Suite28 is ready when you are — just come, celebrate, and make memories that last forever.

A: Yes — our modern, decorated space is perfect for baby showers, kids’ parties, birthdays, bridal showers, and intimate celebrations.
Q: Do you offer catering services?
A: Yes, we partner with incredible local restaurants to build custom menus for your event.
Q: Do you allow outside food and drinks?
A: Yes — you may bring your own food and drinks. Alcohol is allowed with a licensed bartender.
Q: Can we bring in our own vendors such as florists or photographers?
A: Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own vendors. We also have a list of recommended vendors available upon request.

A: Yes, you're welcome to bring your own decorations. We also offer pre-styled décor options to keep your event stress-free.
Q: Do you offer setup and cleanup time?
A: Yes — setup and cleanup time is included within your rental period. Additional time may be booked if needed.
Q: Do you allow candles, confetti, or glitter?
A: For safety and cleanliness, open-flame candles, confetti, and glitter are not permitted. LED candles are welcome.
Q: Do you have a sound system and microphone?
A: Yes, our venue includes speakers and a microphone for announcements and music.
Q: Is the venue climate-controlled?
A: Yes, our space is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort.
Q: Are there any minimums?
A: Yes — there is a 5-hour minimum rental.
Q: Is there enough parking available for guests?
A: Yes — we have plenty of free parking right in front of the studio.
Q: How early can we arrive?
A: You may enter at the start of your booked rental time. Early entry can be added if available.
Q: Do you allow kids’ parties?
A: Yes! Suite28 is perfect for baby showers, birthdays, and family celebrations.
Q: Do you require event insurance?
A: Yes. Event insurance is required for all events to protect both you and the venue from unexpected situations.
Q: Can we tour the venue before booking?
A: Yes, we offer tours by appointment. Please contact us to schedule.
Q: Is there a deposit required to secure a date?
A: Yes — a 50% reservation fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
